How Ministry Plan Builder handles the information you share.

Information we collect

Congregational intake details you provide to generate a ministry plan.
Account information (email and church name) if you create an account.
Feedback and inquiries you submit through our forms, including basic technical details (browser, operating system, device type, and page URL) that help us diagnose issues and improve the product.

How we use it

We use your information to generate and save your ministry plans, respond to your questions and inquiries, and improve Ministry Plan Builder. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Ministry plans are generated with the help of a third-party AI provider. The intake details you submit are sent to that provider solely to produce your plan.

Data retention

Plans you generate are stored so you can return to them. Anonymous plans remain accessible by their link; plans tied to an account are private to that account.
